I wrote a few masterpieces for Babble this week that I wanted to share with you. I’m a giver. And a taker.
Because of my own horrific experience in sleep away camp, I never let my kids go. Yes, I know that it doesn’t make sense. Is parenting supposed to be logical or something?
5 funny, funny blog posts that made me, what’s the word? Oh, right- laugh! this week.
Remember my spanking post? Well here are some of the most outrageous comments it received on Babble’s Facebook page.
and finally,
My response to those asshole (sorry! I meant mischievous, but I can’t find my delete key! Oops!) middle-schoolers who threw trash in the 9/11 Memorial because they were bored.

Thanks for the lovely weekend reading list! I must say that last piece raised my hackles; that and the episode about the middle schoolers taunting the bus monitor. It is just amazing to me too that people actually tried to find excuses for their behavior.

I didn’t have the patience to dive into the spanking issue when you first wrote about it, but I’m totally with you. It’s a friendship-dealbreaker for me too.

Me heap big love you.
And those spanking comments would be highly entertaining. If they weren’t so offensively stupid.

I think you’ve got some more explaining to do to Bee. She’s only trying to help! Endlessly!

Wow, my posts are usually shorter then the comments you got on spanking. And thank you Marinka, you made my day.
